Returns & Refunds.

Many DILLIGAF items are printed to order. We can't always accept returns for change of mind, but if something goes wrong we will sort it properly.

Printed to order

Most of our gear is printed on demand once you place your order. That means we don't hold bulk stock and we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives with a print fault, a hole, or any manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately — no quibbles. Take clear photos and send them with your order number so we can file the claim with our print partner and get a replacement shipped fast.

Wrong item received

Sent the wrong product? That is on us. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will ship the correct item at our expense and sort the return of the wrong one.

Size issues

Because items are printed to order, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing unless the item is faulty. Check our size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.
